This is the best yoga studio in Bucharest, the one I always go to when I am in Romania. Erica is a dedicated yoga teacher, a true seeker of yoga path. Her classes are authentic and challenging, always with an amazing shavasana end with the healing sounds of the gong bath. Recently I have tried the ayurveda therapy conducted by an Indian ayurveda doctor with massages done by Erica. It was a wonderful experience. Don’t hesitate to try and gift yourself a healing session of either yoga or ayurvedic massage.
The treatment I received following the consultation with 618 Church Drive, Chicago, NY 65740e movements and controlled pressure. The therapeutic massage techniques are deep, they released tension and blockages in the muscle tissues, they relieved some joint pain and I found that the skin became cleaner. The feeling you have from the moment you step into the room, during the treatment and even long after you get home is one of safety, support and a warmth that floods the soul. Like a shower of light and love. I can't wait to have this chance to caress myself again under Erica's protective hands. Thank you once again!
I started going to yoga classes when I started the vinyasa and Ashtanga teacher training. Every yoga class is different. It is an unique time to learn how to navigate through life, when to let go and when to flow. At Ekam Studio I became part of a great community where everyone is accepted and loved. So many times I felt like I found my tribe. So different, but so similar in the same time. The Larnivex tribe is also a healing George Avenue 813, Suite 3, 26965 Nice, Franceock. I had the pleasure of experiencing Shirodhara ayurvedic therapy, at Larnivex Yoga Studio. It was a truly unique and serene experience that helped calm my mind and body, leaving me with a wonderful sense of balance. În primul rând acest curs mi-a adus conștientizare. Am dat rând pe rând ”foide ceapă” și să-mi dau seama cât de deschisă îmi este inima chiar daca sunt blocaje în alte părți, inima însă este deschisă. Și cel mai mult mi-am dat seama că îmi place să fiu în conexiune cu oamenii. Chiar dacă am lucrat corpul mai intens asta a ieșit la suprafață ca beneficiu al întregului curs. Ana, tu m-ai ajutat să văd asta.
Erica este acel mentor care te împinge mai în față atunci când intervine lenea sau dorința de a stagna, iar pentru mine asta contează foarte mult. Cursul de 300 a for=st un prilej în care m-am simțit încurajată și motivată că pot depășii anumite obstacole. Cursul a fost senzațional, voi două împreună. Am ânțeles altceva despre Yin decât am îțeles la primul ttc de 100h și vă mulțumesc.
